Privacy Policy

Effective May 10, 2026 · Last updated May 10, 2026

The short version: Birdseye does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. All your photos, drawings, projects, and notes stay on your device.

Overview

Birdseye is a field documentation app developed by Raevan Industrial LLC ("we," "us," or "Raevan Industrial"). This privacy policy describes how Birdseye handles your information.

Information we do not collect

Birdseye is designed to be offline-first. We do not collect or have access to:

Information stored on your device

The following information is stored locally on your device using secure on-device storage:

This information never leaves your device unless you choose to share it — for example, by exporting a PDF report or a photo.

Camera and photo library access

Birdseye requests access to:

These permissions are used only when you actively choose to capture or select photos. Birdseye does not access your camera or photo library in the background or without your explicit action.

Subscription information

Subscriptions are handled by the app store you installed from — Apple's StoreKit on iOS, or Google Play Billing on Android. When you subscribe:

For Apple's privacy practices regarding payments, see apple.com/legal/privacy. For Google's, see policies.google.com/privacy.

Bug reports and feedback

If you choose to send a bug report or feedback through the app, your device's mail client will open with a pre-filled message that includes the app version and your device model and operating system version.

We do not pre-fill any personal information or send any data without your action. You decide what to include and whether to send.

Data sharing

We do not share any data because we do not collect any data. If you share content from Birdseye yourself — for example, emailing a PDF report to a colleague — that sharing is your action and outside our control.

Children's privacy

Birdseye is a professional tool not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children.

Your rights

Because we do not collect any data, there is no data for us to access, modify, or delete on your behalf. To delete all Birdseye data from your device, simply delete the Birdseye app — your device removes all associated data automatically.

To manage a subscription on iOS, go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. On Android, open the Google Play Store, then Menu → Subscriptions.

Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy occasionally. Updates will be posted at this same URL with an updated "last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
